Two more Kenro systems, now listed
Kenro Dealership runs a pre-owned car showroom end to end — procurement, refurb, bookings, loans, insurance and RTO paperwork. Kenro Event runs track days and motorsport events. Both are live in production and listed on the homepage; talk to us if either fits your operation.
Pricing is now quoted, not published
The price sheet has not changed — one all-inclusive annual price per edition, GST inside, no setup fee and no per-user limits. What changed is that we give you the number after showing you the system, so you can judge it against what it actually does. Message us on WhatsApp for pricing.
Clearer answer on what happens if you stop
Our public pages now state the lapse terms plainly everywhere they appear: after a 15-day grace period Kenro becomes read-only. You keep opening every job card, invoice and customer record, and you keep exporting everything to Excel or Tally, forever, at no charge. Nothing is ever locked behind a bill.

Two-factor authentication
Owners can now enable 2FA (authenticator app) under Settings → Security. Adds a 6-digit code step at login for extra protection.
Complete activity log coverage
Every change across your shop — invoices, expenses, inventory, salary, settings — is now tracked in the Activity Log with who did what and when.
WhatsApp quick messages
Save reusable message templates with placeholders (customer name, amount, job number). One tap to send from any job card.
Bulk actions on quotes & invoices
Select multiple quotes or invoices → export to CSV or move to Recently Deleted in one go.
Quote & invoice analytics
30-day stat tiles on quotes and invoices — see totals, counts, and conversion at a glance.
Recently Deleted safety net for customers, quotes & invoices
Accidentally deleted something? It goes to Recently Deleted for 30 days before permanent removal. Restore anytime.
Quote-to-invoice conversion
Approved quotes can now be converted to invoices in one tap — all line items carry over automatically.
RC photo scan (AI)
Take a photo of a vehicle's RC card and Kenro extracts registration number, owner name, and vehicle details automatically.
